News and Press Releases

Step 1 Writing News Release – We will prepare a carefully crafted news release (approximately 400 words), with the headline and body of the release optimized for search engines using 3-5 keywords of your choice.  We will work with you by phone or e-mail to write the news release, and will submit it to you for review and approval.  Up to two edits are included.  $150*

Step 2 Distribution – We will submit to PR Newswire, the largest and most experienced PR distribution service in the world (see Videos).  PR Newswire covers thousands of media outlets through Internet delivery, tens of thousands more through email and fax delivery, more than 600 television stations through the Pathfire Digital Media Gateway (DMG), more than 85,000 journalists registered for the media web site PR Newswire for Journalists, plus the general public and millions of investment professionals through more than 4,000 websites, online databases and financial networks.   $40 plus cost of paid service**

Articles and Case Studies

We will provide nominal research on a given topic and then prepare well-crafted articles and/or case studies for posting on your organization’s website, e-zine, or blog. If the scope is clear, we will provide a fixed fee for each assignment (typical fees will range from $175 to $500 or more, depending on length of document and amount of research required).

Proofreading and Editing

If you send us a news release that you have prepared, we will carefully review it for typographic and grammatical errors.  We will suggest minor revisions where appropriate.  $90*  (Major editing can be performed on an hourly basis)
